The host of The OG on 99.9 The Fan up in Raleigh joined Kyle Bailey on The Clubhouse to react to the return of the Big 10 playing football in the fall, and Joe gives out his ACC hot takes.

Kyle first asked Joe about the Big 10 returning to play in late October and if he thinks Big 10 teams should still be eligible for the playoffs and Joe said:

"Sure, why not. I don't think that the ACC will complete all 11 games as scheduled and you also don't know how the SEC will get through their schedule. I'm comfortable with the fact that we are going to have a weird schedule, so let's get wild with it."

Joe did however show concern with the Big 10 possibly having little to no flexibility in their abbreviated schedule which is something that he notes that the ACC has a lot of flexibility in their schedule.

When it came to the ACC's return to action Joe's main takeaways were the sloppy special teams play, and that Clemson had no drop off between last year and this year as they easily took care of business against Wake.

Joe also weighed in on the underwhelming start for Carolina as Joe said that Carolina fans now have to deal with expectations for the first time since 1997 as he thought that the first half on Saturday was a big wake up call for that team against Syracuse.

Before the end of the interview, Kyle wanted to get a feel for the NC State Wolfpack after a rough 2019 as Joe told Kyle that a lot of fans don't believe in Dave Doeren going forward as he is losing recruiting battles to Mack and not that many trademark wins, but State fans need to realize that Doeren and his contract will not be bought out in this economy.
