August 22, 2020 - 6:37 pm

The Milwaukee Brewers have already lost their three-game series against the Pittsburgh Pirates after dropping game two on Saturday, 12-5.

Once again, the Brewers were playing from behind after a Colin Moran RBI double in the 1st inning. Brewers starter, Josh Lindblom was charged with his first loss of the season after allowing two more runs to the Pirates through four innings. Milwaukee's bullpen would allow eight more earned runs to Pittsburgh throughout the afternoon.

Jedd Gyorko hit a solo shot in the 2nd inning, his third home run of the season. Keston Hiura also recorded a three-run home run in the 7th inning, his seventh home run of the year. Ryan Braun drove in the final run on an RBI double in the 9th inning.

The Brewers look to salvage at least one game in this series on Sunday. Corbin Burnes will face J.T. Brubaker for the series finale. First pitch is set for 12:35 pm.

Tim Allen recapped Saturday's loss on the Bayview Shade & Blind Postgame Show. Make sure to tune in to The FAN before and after every game for the best Brewers coverage.
